Our Friday Skills Sessions are open to Duck and non-Duck players. Each night will incorporate ball-handling, shooting, defensive mechanics but will have a main specialty.
March 17th: Fine tuning the fundamentals. A night focused on triple threat, defensive mechanics, being shot ready, etc.
March 24th: Learning to play with Space and Pace. A night focused on offensive transition and running the floor properly.
March 31th: Defense, defense, and some more defense. A night focused on proper defensive mechanics for playing on the ball, contesting a shot, playing in transition, etc.
April 7th: Shooters Shoot! A night focused solely on shooting.
April 28th: Moving off the ball. A night focused on reading the defense and reacting, setting screens, etc.
May 5th: Finishing at the Basket. A night focused on different types of finishes that can be used around the basket.
May 12th: Post moves. A night focused around playing with your back to the basket.
May 19th: Skills Session Wrap Up. A night focused on playing games and having fun!
